• Fees are charged bi-weekly for classes

• Luminara Solutions reserves the right to update course structures and schedules
• Sharing class material or proprietary service content without permission is prohibited

Refund / Cancellation Policy

• Fees paid for classes are non-refundable once classes begin
• Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (medical, relocation) upon approval
• Missed classes due to trainer issues will be rescheduled
• Slot changes are allowed based on trainer availability but not a refund
